Hello sir I had sperm count test and my reports are Qnty 2.5ml Colour- wistish Liqui time -20min Reaction -alkaline Total count -82 million Active 40% Slugish 10% Dead 50% Is it ok ... or i shiuld do some cahnges or start some natural ways to bosst active count
